For a mere $7.90, you too can have all the answers, or so says the makers of the original Magic 8 Ball. Developed in the 1950’s this Magic 8 Ball has the power to provide ‘guidance’ with about 20 potential responses. In reality, it’s just a cantaloupe sized black ball filled with an odd mix of water, alcohol and a dark blue dye. Floating inside are those magical 20 cubes written with positive, negative and neutral answers. After "asking the ball" a yes-no question, the user then turns the ball so that the window faces up, setting in motion the liquid and dye inside – and up comes your little cube. So, let’s give it a try shall we?
SHAKE-SHAKE-SHAKE, now throw the damn thing out the window.
Ok, so maybe this wasn’t such a good idea. Because we all know that you simply cannot predict the future. We don’t have a Magic 8 Ball telling us what decisions to make, nor do we have a crystal ball lighting our path to a better or clearer future. No, but we do have information and intelligence that can help us go in the right direction - especially if that intelligence is specific and precisely targeted to our needs. We’re not talking about predictive analytics (based on your own data), which of course is very useful as well. No, we are talking about the ability to collect information, monitor trends and view a timeline of emerging situations that can be viewed as they happen or used to review historical changes as far back in time as desired. It’s about getting your hands on consistent intelligence and material changes so that you make very educated decisions for your future (and your client’s future, too).
This is exactly what Bitvore provides in spades with our Obligor Intelligence platform. So while we may not be able to tell you that you should buy that car, get married or even if you should sell or buy that bond, we feel pretty good that Bitvore is giving you the information and context so that YOU decide.
